How it works

Ten things worth knowing, in about two minutes.

Assessing

Bronze in a drill. Silver in a game. Gold under pressure.

Not can they do it — how well, and against how much. Silver is the one that counts towards their level.

The detail

Bronze — they can do it when it is set up for them. On their way; keep working it.

Silver — they did it in a game, with nobody helping and the outcome mattering. This is the one that counts towards their level.

Gold — they did it under real pressure, against someone good, when it was hard.

Tap a skill to step it up, tap again to cycle back. It saves instantly, and you can swipe between players to rate a whole group on the skill you just drilled.

The journey

They know what’s next.

They see what they’re working towards and how well they’re doing — and the coaching points to get there.

Level

This season, out of sixteen.

Ranking up over the season, with celebrations and a score to see real progress.

Rank

The whole journey. It only climbs.

Eight names, four states each. Banked at the end of every season and never taken away.

A player's rank shield

Nobody starts at the bottom for finding the sport late.

Every age group has a floor. A child joining at U13 arrives where their team-mates are, and climbs from there.

Seasons

What was earned becomes the record.

On the club's season date rank is banked, the squad moves up, and level resets. Last year's badges, sessions and skills are shelved into the child's history — never deleted.

Badges

Some are yours to give. Most are theirs to claim.

You award effort — Grafter, Leader, Brick Wall. The child claims moments, once a week each. You see the list, never who claimed what.

The framework

Your words, not ours.

The sixteen skills, the coaching points and the ethos are your club's own copy. Reword any of it; it changes nothing for anyone else.

12+4

Four skills are their position's.

Twelve shared, four for their group. Change a group later and nothing is lost.

Who sees what

No private notes. Anywhere.

A parent sees everything you record for their own child. Assume the family reads every word, because they can. From 13 a player can have their own sign-in — one code, one phone, their record only.
