Questions

Short answers. If yours is not here, email us and a person will reply.

Getting in, step by step

Four steps. It takes about two minutes.

01

Put in your email

Go to the app and type your email address. There is no password to create or remember.

02

Type the code we send

An eight-digit code arrives by email, usually within a minute. Type it in and you are signed in. If it does not appear, look in your junk folder.

03

Join with your club’s code

You will be asked for your club’s code and your child’s name and date of birth. The club code comes from your coach — ask at training. Enter your child’s details exactly as the club has them.

04

A coach approves it

Their coach checks the details match and approves the link. That is a person at your club, not something automatic, so it may not happen the same evening. Once it does, you are in.

Everything else

What will I actually see?

Your child’s development as their coaches record it: the sixteen skills for their age group and how far they have got with each, the badges they have earned, how many sessions they have turned up to, and their rank as it climbs.

Why does a coach have to approve me?

Because the club code alone gets nobody in. It only says which club you mean. A coach still checks the name and date of birth against their own records before linking anyone to a child. That is deliberate.

The dates of birth did not match. What now?

Your coach sees both — what you entered and what the club holds — and decides. Often it is the club’s record that is out of date rather than anything you did wrong. Nothing is rejected automatically.

What do you know about my child?

Their name, date of birth, age group, and their journey: skills, targets, badges, attendance and rank. No photographs. No messages. Nowhere for anyone to write comments about them. We do not know where they are.

Their coaches see the coaching record. You see it too. Nobody else does.

Are there adverts?

Nobody buys space from us, and nothing about your child is used to target anything. There are no advertising networks, no tracking and no profiling anywhere in the app.

Your club may choose to show its own sponsors — the businesses that support the club — in a space the club controls. That is your club’s decision and your club keeps whatever it is paid. Nothing is tracked and no information about you or your child reaches a sponsor.

Does my child need their own phone?

No. Most children use the app on a parent’s phone, handed over — it is designed for that. If you would rather they had their own sign-in, you can give them one from your account, and turn it off again whenever you like. The account stays yours either way.

Can my child see things I cannot?

No — the other way round. Some badges are your child’s to claim about their own play, and those are visible to your household only. Their coaches never see which ones they claimed. The rest you both see.

Why has my child not got a badge yet?

Coach badges are awarded over time, not for one session. Coaches are looking for the habit rather than the moment, so they take a while to earn — and mean more when they come.

What does it cost?

Where parents subscribe: £6.99 a month for the first child, £3.50 for the second, and third and beyond are free — or £69.99 a year, which is two months free. Cancel any time.

Some clubs pay for their families as part of their own licence. If yours does, you hold a full account and pay nothing. You will not be asked for card details.

What happens at the end of the season?

Your child moves up an age group and starts a fresh sixteen skills. Their rank comes with them — it never drops. Last season’s badges, sessions and skills are kept as their record, and old skills stay open to finish.

What if my child leaves the club?

Nothing is deleted. You keep access to everything recorded while they were there. You can print or download their whole record from your account at any time.

Getting in

Your club adds you first — then you just sign in.

01

Your admin adds you

They enter your name, your email and the age groups you coach. You do not need to do anything at this point.

02

Sign in with that email

Go to the app, type the same email address, and enter the eight-digit code we send. Your account and your age groups are set up automatically.

Everything else

How long does assessing take?

Seconds a player. Tap a skill to step it up — in a drill, in a game, under pressure — and it saves instantly. Swipe to the next player and you stay on the same skill, so you can work through a whole group on the thing you have just coached.

What do the three levels mean?

Bronze is in a drill. Silver is in a game, and that is what counts towards their level. Gold is under pressure. It is not can they do it, yes or no — it is how well, and under how much pressure.

Can I see the whole club or just my group?

Your age groups. Your club administrator sees every group.

Can I put my own drills against a skill?

Yes. Every skill has a files section where you can add links or upload documents — session plans, drill sheets, video links. Your coaches see them; parents and players never do.

What do parents see of what I record?

The tier you set for each skill, the badges you award, and attendance. They do not see notes, because there are none — there is nowhere in the app to write anything about a child.

For clubs

What does a club get?

The platform for every age group, coach and administrator you have: your own skills framework, player records, attendance, badges and the parent app. Your wording, your colours, your crest.

Is the framework fixed?

The sixteen skills per age group stay fixed, so a child’s progress always means the same thing. The words underneath — what a coach looks for, what a player is told — are yours to write. So are the ethos words every child sees.

How do we set it up?

Talk to us and we will set the club up and send your administrator a sign-in link. They add coaches, import or add players, and you are running. Most clubs are set up the same day.

What does it cost?

A licence fee per season for the club, and parents subscribe individually. Get in touch and we will talk through what suits your size.

Some clubs would rather cover the cost for their families instead. If that is you, say so and we will price it that way.

Can we show our sponsors?

Yes, as an option. You choose which of your sponsors appear and where, you keep whatever they pay you, and we take no share of it. Nothing is tracked, and sponsor placements never appear on a child’s own account.

What happens to the data if we leave?

Children’s records do not belong to the club, and they are not deleted. Your coaches lose access, parents keep theirs, and we will give you an export of what your coaches could see, on request, within thirty days.

Who is responsible for safeguarding?

The club, as it always is. We do not appoint or vet coaches or carry out checks — your governing body’s rules apply. The platform holds no photographs, no messaging and no free-text notes about children, which removes several of the usual risks entirely.
